UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE HOSPITALITY 2011

Following a number of successful productions for Hyperactive Events’ blue chip clients, Stage Sound Services Limited were invited to provide a range of technical presentation equipment, with installation and onsite support at this year’s corporate hospitality events at Wembley Stadium for the UEFA 2011 Champion’s League final.  The sponsors included Adidas, Ford, MasterCard and Uni Credit.

The brief was for Stage Sound to design, install and provide onsite technical support for the entire hospitality Village. Each area required a separate and individual creative theme including house and mood lighting, Plasma relay screens and PA systems with additional Sound reinforcement for announcements and speeches. Power distribution and cabling was also supplied and installed to all corporate and catering areas. Throughout the day, the Hospitality Village hosted a number of interviews and entertainment as well as providing food and drink for a range of VIP guests.

Equipment supplied by Stage Sound Services included Sound systems from D&B, EM, Meyer and Tannoy, with a number of Shure UHFR radio microphones and Shure PSM 900 In ear monitor systems. To obtain clear and solid RF transmissions, Stage Sound Services worked closely with OfCom to provide professional and trouble free Sound within the Stadium.  A number of HD Panasonic Plasma screens with CAT5 distribution and Barco DCS screen switching was used for PowerPoint and Video Camera inputs. Robe’s new Robin LED moving lights, Anolis ArcLine LED battons and 134 Liteware’s battery powered LED uplighters created the required lighting effects.
