Stage Sound Services worked with Paul Williams Events to provide technical staging this years’ International Play Association Conference which was held at Cardiff’s City Hall over a three day period. As well as the main plenary room the conference also provided a number of syndicate breakout rooms for the 500 plus international delegates.
The main plenary Speakers were guided through a technical Preview room where their PowerPoint presentations were checked and amended if necessary prior to being shown on the main projection screen.
Stage Sound Services provided the main panel set backdrop, Panasonic DLP Projection, Barco Screen switching system, Camera relay and record, Sound and lighting equipment, together with a technical crew who installed, operated and de-rigged the event. I addition to the main plenary room, Stage Sound also supplied Audio-Visual equipment and technical support to 14 breakout rooms within City Hall.
