GE Life Science Day

Following our work with GE Healthcare in 2008, SSS were contracted once again this year to support 2009's Life Science Day at the Swalec Stadium in Cardiff.   The event took place during the course of a day, and was organised to inform GE Healthcare staff of the company's progress and development over the past twelve months.  The day time event was then followed by an evening of entertainment and celebrations.Stage Sound Services effectively executed the Client's brief by dividing the venue into two spaces, making it possible to use the venue as part exhibition space/catering and part presentation area.  SSS then swiftly transformed the Presentation area into a formal dining set up for the evening's entertainment.SSS worked along side Scott-Callaghan Art Production who designed and draped the perimeter of the space to create a softer versatile space for the event.For the Presentation area, SSS supplied large twin screen front projectors, staging, lighting, sound system and camera relay together with Technicians and Operators.  SSS also prepared moving power point visuals with music for the evening event.
