Nigel Planer (The Young Ones, We Will Rock You, Evita, Chicago) will play the part of Vorgenson, a brand new Doctor Who character developed specially for the tour by Steven Moffat.
Vorgenson, the Greatest Showman in the Galaxy, with the help of his incredible invention, 'The Minimiser', can make any Doctor Who character appear on stage as part of his travelling show dedicated to his hero. This live tour has all the magic of the Television Programme together with a host of incredible effects including a flying Dalek!
The Monsters are Coming promises to be an out-of-this-world experience featuring many of the television show's most popular monsters and images. Special effects, optical illusions and fantastic pyrotechnics accompany specially edited video clips and exclusively filmed scenes starring Matt Smith as the Doctor.
The iconic scores of Doctor Who's composer, Murray Gold, are brought to life by a band of live musicians on stage as the Doctor battles to save the World.
