As a preferred supplier to Paul Williams Events, Stage Sound Services Limited were contracted to supply full technical support and staging equipment for this year’s Business in the Community Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony.
The Dinner and Awards took place at the SWALEC Stadium, Cardiff and involved Scott-Callaghan Art Production who supplied and installed the room draping, transforming the National Indoor Cricket Centre in to a Gala venue. Stage Sound Services supplied a 55ft wide by 20ft high white filled cloth and Starcloth backdrop with a 16 x 9 front projection screen and main stage. The main screen supported Camera Relay, PowerPoint and DVD playback of the winner’s achievements. A full ceiling truss system was also installed in to the NCC to support the Panasonic 12K DLP projector, Sound and lighting rig for the evening’s awards.
The evening was hosted by ITV Wales’ weather presenter, Ruth Wignall and a spectacular evening was enjoyed by over 200 guests.
