New Mac Mini Servers

 
Stage Sound Services have just taken delivery of 20 new Mac Mini Servers.
This is the first step in our plan to upgrade all of our mac mini based systems to the latest apple hardware.
These new systems feature upgraded processors and graphics capabilities compared to previous generations allowing even more creative opportunities for both audio and video playback systems.
We have chosen the Mac Mini Server over the standard version as it features a second 7200rpm sata drive, allowing audio and video to be loaded onto a second drive that is not affected by the main operating systems disk activity, this in turn allows for better performance and reliability when being used as a playback system.
We are happy to supply the system equipped with both QLab Media Server for sound and video playback as well as Catalyst Media Server for more complex video projects.
We can also replace the second HDD with a Solid State Hard Drive (SSD) should more disk bandwidth be required.
